Using Denomly

Terms of use

Simple terms for using Denomly, checking your cash totals, and looking after your local records.

Effective September 8, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Denomly app and website provided by NSTUDIOS LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms. Contact support@nstudios.dev if you have a question.

A cash-counting utility

Denomly helps you count denominations, compare counted and expected drawer cash, save local records, and share reports. Its results depend on the information you enter. Check your quantities, starting cash, sales, and payouts, and verify important totals before making deposits or using a report as an official record.

Denomly does not provide accounting, tax, banking, legal, or financial advice. It does not process payments or certify that a drawer or business record is accurate.

Your information and records

You retain your rights to information you enter and reports you create. You are responsible for entering information you are entitled to use and for choosing where to share it. Do not use the app or website unlawfully, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access systems without permission.

Counts and preferences are stored locally. Your operating system may include them in device backups, but Denomly does not provide account-based sync, a complete backup export, or guaranteed recovery. Keep separate copies of any records you need. Read the privacy policy for details about storage, sharing, backups, and deletion.

Permission to use the app

Subject to these terms, NSTUDIOS LLC permits you to install and use Denomly for your personal or business cash-counting needs. The app, website, and Denomly branding remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Availability and changes

We may update the app or website to fix problems, improve functionality, or support changes in devices and operating systems. Features and supported platforms may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device or software version will be supported.

If these terms materially change, we will publish updated terms with a new effective date and provide any notice required by applicable law. Changes apply going forward and do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Problems and your rights

We work to make Denomly useful and reliable, but software can contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available, without a promise that they will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Contact support if something goes wrong.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any applicable app-store terms also continue to apply.
