Your data

Privacy policy

How Denomly stores counts, handles sharing and device backups, and uses information sent to support.

Effective September 8, 2026. This policy covers the Denomly mobile app and this website, operated by NSTUDIOS LLC. Contact support@nstudios.dev with privacy questions or requests.

Your counts stay in the app's local storage

Denomly stores the information you enter on your device: drawer names, denomination quantities, cash amounts, notes, dates, open counts, and saved reports. It also stores preferences such as your selected language, counting order, and default drawer name. The app uses this information to calculate totals, compare a drawer's expected and counted cash, restore open work, and display history and reports.

The mobile app does not require an account or send your counts to NSTUDIOS servers. The current version does not include analytics, employee tracking, payment processing, or Denomly-operated cloud sync. NSTUDIOS does not sell your count data and cannot view or recover records stored only on your device.

Future advertising

Advertising is planned for a future app release. Before introducing it, we will update this policy to explain the advertising providers, the information they handle, and your available choices.

Sharing and copying are your choice

When you choose to share a report, Denomly gives its text or image to your device's sharing tools and the destination you select. Copying a report places its text on the system clipboard. The report can include its drawer name, notes, cash amounts, and date, so review it before sharing.

Recipients, other apps, and your device's clipboard or sharing features handle the resulting copies under their own settings and policies. Denomly cannot remove a copy after it has been sent or saved elsewhere. Report images created for sharing use temporary app files that the app releases after the sharing action.

Your device may back up app data

Denomly allows normal operating-system backup behavior. Depending on your device, account, and backup settings, Apple or Android backup and device-transfer features may include your counts and preferences. This can copy app data to a backup service or another device even when you have not shared a report.

These backups are managed by your operating system and its provider. They are separate from Denomly cloud sync, which the app does not offer, and NSTUDIOS does not receive access to them. Manage backups in your device settings. Backup availability, retention, and restoration depend on your provider and settings; Denomly does not guarantee recovery.

Keeping and deleting records

Open counts and saved reports remain in local storage until you remove them or the app's data is removed. You can delete saved records from History and discard open counts. The data-clearing action in Settings removes open counts and saved history from the current device; it leaves your preferences in place.

Removing local records does not delete reports already shared, clipboard copies, support messages, or existing device backups. Manage those copies with the recipient or provider. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove local data. Export any reports you need before doing so.

When you contact support

If you email NSTUDIOS, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue, and handle related requests. Our email service providers process it to deliver and store the correspondence. Counts and reports are not attached automatically.

We retain support correspondence while needed to handle the request and related issues, or to meet applicable obligations. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion at the address above. We will handle requests as required by applicable law; we cannot access or delete copies that exist only on your device or with another provider.

This website

This is an informational website hosted through Cloudflare. When you visit, the hosting service receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the site. This website does not receive the counts stored in the mobile app.

This version of the website does not use analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or submission forms. Opening an email link uses your email app; the website does not send the message. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its services.
